I trained to be a Rolfer™ at the Rolf Institute in 2013-14, after decades of receiving the physical and emotional benefits of Rolfing. I had worked as a management consultant, struggling to change and improve complex organizations. In shifting careers to become a Rolfer, I could focus on the immediate change of an improved body in one distinct person.

Since becoming a Rolfer, I have worked independently in Seattle and Washington's Methow Valley, and as the staff Rolfer at the Washington Athletic Club. I work with men and women of all ages, and often focus on avid climbers, skiers, sailors, hikers, cyclists and yogis. I love to hike, ski, and raft myself, so know that my own body benefits from being limber, aligned, and relaxed.

I am a past president of the International Association of Structural Integrators (IASI), which serves all Structural Integrators and recognizes the curriculum of schools that teach Structural Integration.
