Ade is a Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals as well as a graduate of the Guild for Structural Integration and the Karuna Institute. He uses Yoga, Structural Integration and Craniosacral Therapy as three distinct but related tools to access the process of human patterning and increase well being.

 He has worked with a wide range of clients over the years including people with chronic pain and cancer as well as athletes and yoga practitioners. He practices and teaches from a studio space near his home in West Sussex
