I completed my three-year training to become a certified Rolfer at the Rolf Institute in Boulder, Colorado in 2001and was certified as a Rolf Movement practitioner at the Associação Brasileira de Rolfing®

My clients come for a wide variety of reasons; busy people for help with the effects of stress, sports people to improve performance or to speed recovery from injury, children for help with growing, and ordinary people (and animals) who want to be free from pain or just want to feel their body’s full potential.

As a long time student of Tai Chi, I have developed a sensitivity and an understanding of how to work with the subtle energies in the body, as a Rossiter stretching coach I am also able to work with heavier clients or highly toned athletes such as rugby players and martial artists who may need a very strong touch, and as a Rolfer, I have learned to see and feel exactly which approach is appropriate and to encourage each individual I see to move towards balance and freedom.
