Zoom doesn’t have to be a stop-gap measure just to get you through the pandemic. It can change your bodywork or movement practice by allowing you to work with clients remotely. In order for it to work though, you need to first establish a deep and satisfying human connection.
We all intuitively know how to connect in this deep way, but technology like Zoom can “trip us up” and lead us to think that the real connection is through screen instead through our own bodies. Our skills as body and movement therapists give a leg up on doing this well.
In this two-hour webinar, the first hour will focus on simple exercises to find and maintain this connection while in a Zoom session. Also, we’ll explore the pitfalls of “Zoom fatigue” and how to re-energize yourself.
The second hour will focus on practical tips, tools and techniques to make your online sessions fun and worthwhile.
